Shipping Policy and Processing Time
SHIPPING POLICY AND PROCESSING TIME
We do our best to make sure that your orders are processed in an efficient and timely fashion within 7-10 business days normal processing time. During busy Holidays the time frame may be 7-14 business days. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before checkout to avoid any delays or issues with your order. You can select shipping options at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email or text (according to the option of contact you select,) within about 15 minutes after submitting your order to let you know that we have received your order. The confirmation notification will state that you will receive your mock up for approval or edits within 2 hours. (The mock up information applies to custom and personalized products.)
Once the mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits. You have 24 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, you will receive a reminder email. The reminder email will grant you 1 hour to respond. If we do not receive a response your order will be canceled.
After you respond to the mock up email, giving us approval, we will send your order to production.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text (according to the option of contact you select,) with a tracking number.
Our delivery times are estimated in business days only and are not guaranteed. (this does not include weekends/holidays.) Once the orders are sent to our shipping provider, USPS or UPS, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Shipping for Large Items in Your Order
Please note that due to the size and special handling requirements, large items such as banners, yard signs, and backdrops will be shipped separately from other items in your order. This approach allows us to ensure that all your items arrive safely and in the best condition.
Here's what this means for your order:
- Separate Shipments: You will receive separate packages for these large items. Each shipment will have its own tracking information, which we will provide as soon as they are dispatched.
- No Delay on Small Items: Smaller items in your order will not be delayed. They will be shipped promptly, allowing you to receive them as soon as possible.
- Tracking and Notifications: For every shipment, including your large items, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the delivery progress directly.
Handcrafted Pillowcases
We're proud to let you know that our handmade custom satin pillowcases are crafted with care right here in Las Vegas. Each pillowcase is meticulously cut and sewn together, featuring an invisible zipper for a seamless look and feel, ensuring you receive a product of the highest quality.
Due to the bespoke nature of these pillowcases, crafting them to meet our standards of quality takes a bit more time. As such, your custom satin pillowcase may ship a few days after your other items. Our intention is to get your other items to you as swiftly as possible, without delaying your entire order.
